VB Engenharia, concerned with the task and the preservation of customers, set a goal: to develop a unit that would revolutionize the disposal system for discarded solid waste.
In 2003, he defined TERMÓLYSIS as an ideal, revolutionary and unique process in Brazil. It presents an excellent financial return, low implementation cost, obtaining by-products of interest as raw materials for the medication, cosmetics and chemical industries, and does not generate harmful by-products for the planet. It is currently ready to be implemented, completely reliable and has already undergone several risk analyses.

Proposal for implementation: Municipalities and States.
The VB Engenharia project presents resources for the implementations that will be described, objects that are part of the administrative guidelines of these authorities and that are currently no longer carried out for financial reasons. The revenues generated in VB Engenharia's plants allow the typified plans to be implemented, also leaving a financial reserve so that the private manager who comes to manage the plant obtains advantages above any financial investment offered on the market.

Topics:
a) Eliminate dumps, controlled and sanitary landfills from municipal and state areas;
b) Allow the municipality to implement residential waste collection networks and, after being released into pumping stations, they are redirected (the waste) to the installed plant;
c) Receive any and all types of waste generated within urban and rural areas (organic, polymeric, tires, wood, removed roots, tree and gardening prunings, healthcare waste, metals, glass, paper, pesticide packaging, animals dead and sacrificed, contaminated fabrics, sludge from silted up lagoons, optional sanitary disposal lagoons, sludge from biological stations, discards from slaughterhouses, dairies and food and beverage industries, contaminated soils, discarded contaminated grains, etc.;
d) Inside the plant, in a separate area, implement a collectors' cooperative for recycling waste from market interests, waste that will be separated on a conveyor table, containing operating platforms, a vacuum system to sanitize the operators' area, equipped warehouse to transform separated products into clean, qualified, crushed, bagged products and identified with a quality and weight certificate;
e) Implement, via the cooperative, a social plan for members, where, through the administrative body of the cooperative, medical, educational, housing, clothing and food support will be provided to members and their families;
f) Create within the cooperative's area a daycare center and educational system for the member and family, and keep their children in care until they are old enough to enter public and/or private schools, always accompanied and assisted by the cooperative's social body until completion of the course university;
g) Transform the implantation area into an ecological park, with nurseries of native plants, flowers, crops for the urbanization of the municipality, creation of lakes where the polishing of treated effluents from the energy generation plant will be carried out, where each aquatic plant is selected , by botanists, to absorb heavy metals from the water; these lakes will be an attraction for visitors to go boating, pedal boating, swimming and an ornamental fish farm will be maintained in the park;
h) Create, within the plant area, a municipal convention center, for: congresses, meetings of social groups, teachers, projection rooms, cinema, lectures, student graduations, etc.;
i) The plant will also be able to provide social support to nursing homes, philanthropic hospitals, and maintain funds allocated to care for homeless people, needy families unable to provide assistance to their family members with serious illnesses and who require support for survival.

The typified descriptions are perfectly viable depending on the revenues that will be generated within the plant, which for a brief comment, we state that the energy generation will be generated by a “fuel” that arrives at the plant at zero cost, or with a fee charged. viable receipt and compatible with the municipality.
The cooperative, in its achievements, will generate income capable of self-support and through a study already carried out by VB Engenharia, it has demonstrated that it will obtain a surplus capable of meeting the entire social program described plus the implementation of a condominium for housing its members.

Within the master plan, it will be established in the cooperative's statute that, after acquiring social stability, the member must leave the cooperative to occupy positions in city halls and/or private companies and give place and opportunity to another member, coming from the same conditions as the one who received the benefits of the cooperative (individuals in need, homeless people, people who cannot read or write and who deserve opportunities to have a better life and stop being discriminated against in this capitalist market).
In order for the implementation program of the master plan presented by VB Engenharia to progress, it will be necessary for the social and environmental departments, with the consent of the mayor and the city's council chamber, to prepare a document demonstrating full interest, as well as a document committing to make available, under a concession regime for a period of 30 years, all waste, urban and rural, for the operation of the plant, with collection operations and municipal services not typified in this presentation made in VB Engenharia's master plan excluded from the agreement.
